Les Quitriche celebrate their birthday! For its 10th stage anniversary the good looking family clan from Quitriche-en-Auvergne presents a hot wax 7” single.
When Les Quitriche submitted this idea to their record label, they preached to the choir: In 2014 Allscore also commemorates an anniversary: for 15 years now they’ve been releasing their tasteful records.
As a consequence Les Quitriche exclusively recorded two hot French 60s beat tracks for the jubilee:
A brand new “version anniversaire” of their hit “Comme toute la jeunesse française sur LSD-25” (from the album “La Récolte”, 2012, Allscore) and a cover version of Sylvie Vartan’s “Ne t’en vas pas” (a French remake of Ben Tucker’s and Bob Dorough’s “Comin’ home baby”).
All this dressed in the elegant cover art of Florence Shirazi from fashion label “Mademoiselle YéYé” for which singer Sillette Quitriche sometimes works as a model.
